Due to hygienic reasons, PRO-Lashes UK does not accept refunds. However, if you feel there is a problem with the goods on arrival, please get in touch with us by email within 7 days of receiving the goods : firstname.lastname@example.org explaining the problem in writing and attaching any photographs to help us speed up the process so we can deal with the problem accordingly.
Please note, that if the eyelashes have been removed from the plastic insert tray we will not be able to give you a refund/exchange.
If an exchange is necessary, we will endeavour to arrange this as soon as possible upon receiving the original goods before we can dispatch the exchanged goods. You will not be able to change the style of eyelashes to a different style. You will receive the same eyelash style you had ordered originally. If in this case PRO-Lashes decides to exchange the goods due to a fault on our behalf, we will not charge you for the postage of the new eyelashes. If on inspection of the returned goods we find they are not faulty, we will return them to you and you will be required to cover our postage cost.
If for any reason, your goods have not arrived please notify us by email so we can look into this as soon as possible. However, we will only be able to replace missing goods that have been shipped via a tracked/signed for delivery option.
If your package is returned back to us for any reason, you will be responsible for paying another shipping fee for us to send them out to you again.
